Rice

Ingredients



1- 2 kg chicken breast (without bone or skin)
2- Kilo drenched rice
3- 2 liters of boiling water
4- Salt to taste

Cooking method

Boil chicken after a good wash until cooked
Keeps boiling water
Fragmentation of the chicken and the issuance of fragmentation finely

 by hand and returned to the boiling water
Placed upon salt, rice and boiled at high heat until maturity
Reduce heat and leave covered until the water dries and becomes the

 rice is very soft
 Wood hits a spoon until well mixed rice with chicken
